Talent & Dedication Recognized From Within

In recognition of their outstanding accomplishments, contributions, and dedication to servicing our clients, long-time team members, Tammy Stouchko, IIDA, LEED AP and Glenn Arbesfeld, AIA, CID, LEED AP BD+C have been promoted to Associates.  We are proud to have such highly experienced and talented designers to continue with us in bringing strength to our firm’s longevity.  Glenn and Tammy bolster an already strong and diverse leadership, and their expertise will help guide the firm into the future.



With over ten years at SSP, Glenn Arbesfeld has developed a broad body of work. He has amassed extensive experience in the design and implementation of complex projects throughout New Jersey.  He is highly skilled at navigating complex public agency approvals, zoning regulations, and community engagement processes. Glenn has worked on both the design and management sides associated with educational, civic, corporate, and commercial projects throughout the state.  He is a USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C) with expertise in the design and construction phases of green building. Mr. Arbesfeld is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology.



Newly designated Associate Tammy Stouchko brings invaluable perspective, versatility, and insight to SSP’s clientele. She has performed virtually every role in the design process during her ten year career with SSP, and effectively assembles and coordinates project teams and directs all phases of the design and construction process. Tammy’s strength lies in her ability to work collaboratively with institutional clients and complex constituencies to develop fresh and innovative ideas during the design and planning phases that lead to holistic project success.  Consistent with SSP’s design ethics and values, her work is geared toward providing solutions that not only solve the client’s objectives, but also provide healthy, functional environments in which to live, work, learn, and grow.  Ms. Stouchko received her Bachelor’s degree from Trenton State College and Master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
