Now on the way to being built with a specially designed SSP Architect’s exterior is what will soon be the largest Mazda dealership in the world. Due to the challenges of poor soil bearing conditions and frequent area flooding, SSP needed to create a suspended slab to lift the main floor. This unique slab construction built above the floodplain is designed to be open to the elements yet insulated in a similar manner as an exterior wall.

When completed, the three new Wayne Mazda dealership buildings will provide customers with an improved buying experience as they enjoy a sophisticated yet homey environment. One that is bound to further boost sales at a dealership already selling the largest numbers of vehicles in the country.
