Roxann Santangelo, LEED AP
Project ManagerThe Team Builder
Roxann finds great satisfaction exploring sustainable solutions to design challenges. Whenever feasible, she provides clients with “greener” options to move their projects forward in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
With over 20 years of experience, she has gained extensive knowledge in building codes, specification writing, construction detailing, consultant coordination, contractor negotiations, field supervision, and project completion requirements.
Roxann strives to be completely involved in projects from beginning to end – working closely with the client, internal design team, and consultants, to consistently deliver timely and cost-efficient design solutions both before and during construction.
Always seeking to be a team builder, Roxann brings a wonderful sense of organization and teamwork to everything she touches. This includes projects ranging from LEED certified schools, to retail stores, restaurants, and community centers. She was especially excited to lead the SSP team in developing a master plan for a school in Ecuador.
Roxann prioritizes spending quality time with her family. Living in a rural area, she enjoys the great outdoors and taking in the beauty of nature. Her attention to detail in almost everything allows her to come up with small projects at home — from creating small gardens to interior decorating and design. She finds it most relaxing when she is in her creative mindset. Improvement, progression and creating beautiful spaces both indoors and outdoors goes well beyond work and is an integral part of her life.
