Adam excels at leading the architectural and engineering team through all aspects of a project from initial schematics and budgeting through project completion. He prides himself on being highly adept at defining scope and budget, as well as coordinating the work of the internal design team, consultants, and regulatory officials.

He has truly worked his way up the ladder at SSP, starting out as an intern while still enrolled at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Adam now oversees a multitude of projects for the firm, including long range facility planning, feasibility studies, and new construction and renovation projects.

His architectural design management skills have benefited dozens of school districts and community colleges. Adam has found it fulfilling to put his diverse talents to work to renovate and build educational facilities, guide school districts on long range facility planning, and help create state-of-the-art public school media centers and music rooms. In the civic area, he has led the way in renovating facilities that serve the public, including court buildings, police headquarters, a borough hall, and a historic library.

Always making family life a priority, Adam recently became a new dad. For Adam, the colder it is outside the better. He loves winter and is an avid skier and hockey player. He was a member of his college’s hockey team and continues to play weekly. And of course, where did he and his wife honeymoon? The Swiss Alps.
