Agriscience Building Renovations/Alterations at East Brunswick Campus

The work consists of Exterior Renovations: Replace existing roof assembly with new modified bituminous built up roofing assembly, replace window and door assembles, perform targeted masonry repairs, replace greenhouse glazing, and install new prefabricated canopy assembly. Interior Alterations: Upgrade existing classroom and associated support spaces into new agriscience lab including toilet room alterations, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, science equipment, walk-in cooler, and interior finishes. The Owner has contracted separately to procure and install the science casework. This contractor is responsible for connecting all utilities to casework components. Greenhouse renovations: Upgrade existing greenhouse including greenhouse control system, ventilation and heating system, hydroponics and fertilization injection equipment, and other pertinent requirements
